QUAD Machining Center is 2 TPS Pusher systems facing each other
with custom guides designed to push 2 sets of extrusions to a
double miter saw. Cut 4 parts in one single pass and label
the parts on the outfeed side.
Optional 4 Head Drill Station can drill holes in the product as it is being pushed to the saw for cutting. Software operates each TPS pusher independently to push 2 different lengths to the saw.  |
