The Total Positioning System⁴ (TPS⁴) GED Upgrade Kit converts a GED Lineal Positioner to work like a Total Positioning System.  Computer controlled software talks to a controller that activates and moves the motor on the positioner.  Add optimization and easy to use software to your existing GED Linea Positioner.  TPS GED Upgrade adds the sophistication of the DeMichele Groups’ real time lineal optimizer and inventory control software with the repeatable accuracy of our automated saw stop.  The controller has 16 input\output controls to allow for easy automation of most manufacturing equipment.  Pattern move in the software works great for automated Dado Routing and can  be configured to automatically activate the router motion controls once the part is positioned.  Once the router has completed the motion, the positioner will move to the next programmed step and either display user actions on the 15" Touch screen monitor or automatically perform the next step.  The easy to read displays will guide the operator, while the accuracy of our smart controlled saw stop ensures the accuracy of each cut.
