Level 1- Standard software with the
TPS positioner and conversions. This software operates the TPS features
and functionality. Software takes merge instructions from
all DeMichele Group Software as well as .xls format and direct
from the TPS software interface.
- Manual Mode - Use the touch
screen to move the positioner to specific locations for
cutting.
- Pattern Mode - Common
cutting patterns can be set and repeated as needed.
- Cut List Merge - Retrieve
cutting instructions from ePartner based software or via
excel spreadsheets (.xls)
- Cut List Entry Screen -
Enter a cutlist directly into the TPS machine.
- Optimization - Optimize
cuts to generate the best yields using stock lengths and
drops.
Level 2 - Modular software that
can be added as these features are needed or desired.
- Drop Tracking - When a drop
is created, the system specifies a location to place the
drop and attempts to use the drops as new cut lists are
submitted.
- Inventory Control - Track
inventory usage and locations to aid the operator in
locating the appropriate stock.
- Cannibalize - If drops are
piling up, cannibalize can be turned on to use drops no
matter what the yields to remove excessive drops from
inventory.
