Robert Napodano

Manager - DeMichele Systems
Mr. Robert Napodano joined DeMichele Systems in
July 1995. In November of 1996 he was named General Manager of Operations for
DeMichele Systems. He is responsible for
coordinating the efforts of the customer support team, as well as the production
of various company and end-user publications and communications in general.
Mr. Napodano comes to us from the Consolidated Edison Company of
New York. He authored the Customer Field and Customer Service reference manuals.
He was responsible for translating the legal format of the Home Energy Fair
Practices Act into laymen’s terms for the company’s 1,800 customer service
personnel. As Budget Manager for Substation and Transmission operations, he
maintained an Operations and Maintenance budget of $38,000,000.00. Mr. Napodano
also supervised Customer Service crews and acted as liaison with customers to
resolve their complaints and concerns.
