The DeMichele Group support sets them apart from competitors by hiring experts in the fields that are required to support the software.  Support means service to the DeMichele Group, and that ensures that we will make every effort to help you with your issue, whether it is related to a DeMichele Group product or not.  We know that support doesn't mean shifting blame to others, it means to help resolve a customers concern.  If our program isn't working, there can be many reasons that do not necessarily mean it is our program.  This is where we excel, by finding the problem, be it spy ware, virus or application, and assist in the resolution.   Our leased applications come with our superior level of support as part of that lease, and our purchased programs and hardware come with an initial period of support and customers can select to extend our support of those products with an annual maintenance package.

We utilize many tools to support our products including:

     eSupport:  DeMichele System software that allows communication and desktop sharing between customers and our 

     support representatives through a high speed internet connection.
