Click Here to download the new Install of e Support.  If you load this file then you don't have to load the update below.

Download this file onto your computer and then double click on it.

Click Here to download the Update if a previous version of eSupport has already been installed on your computer.

Download this file onto your computer and then double click on it.  Click ok to the message box and then click UNZIP and this will unzip it to a folder C:\eSUPPORT.  Go to the folder and double click on UPDATE.EXE.
